  • Body styling

 

Full body training with the use of various small devices. Primarily suitable for tightening and burning fat.

 

  • CROSS - workout

 

The cross-circuit is a highly intensive training method with the aim of defining endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, dexterity, balance and coordination as higher performance. Varied design with a variety of handheld devices.

 

 

Phoenix equipment park

 

  • Decades of experience in competitive and fitness sports, as well as precise studies of the motor skills and mobility of the human body, form the basic knowledge for the construction of these devices. Above all, the versatile adjustment options for different body sizes, as well as ergonomically shaped handles, upholstery and seating positions are convincing.

 

 

Cardio area

 

  • With the cardiovascular and cardiovascular equipment from LifeFitness, you have all the options at our alb-fit in the AlbThermen Bad Urach.

Treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes, recumbend bikes and steppers leave nothing to be desired.

 

Built-in sensors continuously determine your current cardiovascular values.

Commercially available headphones provide you with freely selectable TV channels and 2 music programs

Or you can connect your iPod and enjoy your own music.

 

 

Free weight area

 

  • The choice and quality leaves nothing to be desired. There is a sufficient number of dumbbells available in all weight ranges.

 

 

E-Gym Chip card controlled eGYM strength and endurance circuit

Xtension
